Allen Chaffee has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Allen started their career as a Farmhand at Chaffee Farms in 1976 and worked there until 1995. From 1999 to 2007, they served as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Financial. In 2007, they joined Mutual of Omaha Bank as a Vice President in Community & Commercial Banking and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Allen worked as Vice President of Commercial Banking at UMB Bank. Currently, they hold two positions at Cornhusker Bank: Market President since 2017 and later promoted to Director of Market Development in 2022.
Allen Chaffee completed their education in a chronological order. In 1995, they attended Butler County Community College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. After completing their degree at Butler County Community College in 1996, they continued their education at The University of Kansas. Chaffee spent three years at The University of Kansas and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics in 1999. Later, in 2010, Chaffee enrolled at the Graduate School of Banking of Colorado, where they pursued a Graduate Degree in Banking. Allen completed their program at the Graduate School of Banking of Colorado in 2012.
