Amber Thomas joined CornerStone Staffing as an Assistant Operations Manager after leaving the car rental business in June of 2013. After proving her recruitment and leadership abilities as an Assistant Operations Manager in Las Colinas office, she was promoted to Operations Manager in Arlington/Grand Prairie office in 2015. In 2017, Amber was again given the opportunity to take her leadership and client relationship building skills to the largest branch in the company, Downtown Fort Worth. During her tenure as the Operations Manager in the Downtown Fort Worth branch, she helped develop and mentor her team to succeed in growing their business and consistently achieving record breaking numbers. In 2022, Amber was promoted to Senior Operations Manager of West District. Amber graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
