Manoj Panicker currently serves as Associate Vice President of Product Management at Cornerstone OnDemand, a position held since September 2020 following the acquisition of Saba Software. Manoj's career at Saba Software spans from June 2005, where roles included Senior Director of Product Management, Director of Products-Platform, Senior Product Manager, Engagement Manager, Senior Business Consultant, Sr. Solution Lead, and Solution Lead. Prior to Saba, Manoj worked at Direction Software Solutions as Sr. Technical Lead from January 2002 to June 2005 and had earlier experience as Technical Team Lead at a now-closed company from April 2000 to December 2001. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National Centre for Software Technology (C-DAC) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
