Barbara Boulton has a diverse background in the healthcare industry. Barbara started their career as the Director of Operations at the Lake Sunapee Region Visiting Nurse Association in 2000, where they worked until 2008. Barbara then joined Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston as the Director of Organizational Integrity from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Weatherbee Resources, Inc. from 2013 to 2017, where they assisted hospice providers with compliance and education. Currently, Barbara holds the position of Director of Operations at Cornerstone VNA, starting in 2016. Overall, their experience spans various roles and responsibilities within healthcare organizations.

Barbara Boulton RN MSN Ed pursued their education in nursing education from 2010 to 2012 at Kaplan University. During this period, they earned a Master's degree in Nursing Education.
