Bruce Manssuer, MSA has extensive experience in executive leadership and management roles. Bruce is the Founder & CEO of Cornerstone Technologies, Inc., where they are responsible for day-to-day operations, sales and marketing, and overall management. In this role, they implement standards and controls to ensure organizational stability and maximum efficiencies.

Prior to Cornerstone Technologies, Inc., Bruce was the Founder and CEO of Diversified Recycling Inc. Here, they developed infrastructure, systems, and processes, and coordinated logistics for the acquisition of recyclables. Bruce implemented standardized procedures and guidelines to support rapid growth and profitability while adhering to environmental and international standards.

Before that, Bruce served as the President, CEO & Franchise Developer of a Daily Grind Coffee House and Cafe Franchisee and Franchise Area Developer. Bruce prioritized customer satisfaction and service, and ensured adherence to the highest level of business practices. Bruce was responsible for day-to-day operations, fiscal controls, retail sales, and franchise development throughout the Southeast.

Bruce has also held executive roles in the Department of Juvenile Justice and a privately contracted provider. As the Chief Executive Officer, they oversaw the management and operational design of treatment modalities and security protocols for a residential services provider. Bruce also managed multi-million dollar contracts.

Earlier in their career, Bruce served as the Superintendent of a specialized mental health intensive and dual diagnosed treatment facility for adolescent males and females within the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.

Bruce Manssuer, MSA holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Accounting from Central Michigan University, which they completed between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their degrees, Bruce has also obtained several certifications including ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management from NSF International in June 2018. Bruce also holds a certification from the National Association of Information Destruction, although the time of obtaining this certification is not specified.
