Novita van der Knaap has extensive experience in administrative and planning roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Medewerker Vastgoedbeer at Cornerstone Vastgoed B.V. since November 2023, Novita previously held multiple positions within the same company, including Administratief medewerker/Assistent bouw, where support was provided for the construction warranty department, and as an Administratief medewerker wooncoach and beheer, managing the general inbox and coordinating appointments for housing coaches. Prior experience includes a role as a Planner at BAM Infra Nederland and a long tenure at Censy Assemblies B.V., where Novita progressed from a production worker to a Planner/Werkvoorbereider. Additionally, part-time support was provided for Trig-RRecruitment in activities related to fairs, acquisition, and recruitment. Novita holds an MBO degree in Clothing and Fashion, obtained from 1990 to 1994.
