Lisa Fore is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in pediatric and industrial rehabilitation settings. Currently serving as a Pediatric Home Health Occupational Therapist at Cornerstone Pediatric Therapy since January 2019, Lisa previously worked with The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, and held various roles in occupational rehabilitation, including Senior Occupational Therapist at the Productive Rehabilitation Institute of Dallas for Ergonomics, where Lisa contributed to functional restoration, standardized testing development, and CARF accreditation processes. Lisa's career also includes roles in project management, industrial rehabilitation consulting, and program coordination at various healthcare facilities, underscoring a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation excellence. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University.
