Louise Marie Ross, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources and Workforce Planning Officer at Cornerstone Montgomery since January 2018 and specializes in strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and legal compliance. With a robust background in human resources, Louise has held leadership positions such as Executive Director of Human Resources at the Washington Nationals and EVP/Executive HR Consultant for various clients at The George Washington University Hospital. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Guest Services, Inc. and Human Resources Director at multiple healthcare systems, demonstrating expertise in high-volume recruitment, labor relations, policy development, and benefits administration. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland and is a certified trainer for Mental Health First Aid.
