Megan Davisson currently serves as Principal and Vice President at Cornerstone Government Affairs since August 2023. Prior to this role, Megan held significant positions within the Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting from May 2021 to July 2023, including Deputy Director for Budget, where responsibilities included leading the statewide budget process and supervising a team of analysts, and Chief of Budget Review, overseeing government-wide budget coordination and ensuring the technical accuracy of the Governor’s budget request. Previously, Megan worked as a Senior Budget Analyst for Douglas County from May 2018 to April 2021, focusing on financial and policy analysis to enhance operational efficiencies. Megan began a career in public policy as a Principle Legislative Analyst for the Colorado General Assembly from August 2008 to May 2018, gaining extensive knowledge of funding sources and programs in state departments. Educationally, Megan holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
