Christophe Leuenberger has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Head Legal Counsel for Cornèr Banca SA since January 2005, where responsibilities include providing legal advice across various banking services, contract drafting, and representing the bank in litigation. In addition, Christophe is involved with payment card consultancy and IT projects, and plays a significant role within the Swiss Payment Association's Legal & Compliance group. Prior positions include roles as a Colonel in the Swiss Army since 1996, a part-time judge at the Administrative Court of Aargau from 1995 to 2006, an attorney specializing in contract law and energy law at Badertscher Dörig & Poledna from 2000 to 2004, and a personal assistant/judicial clerk at the Federal Supreme Court of Lausanne from 1997 to 2000.
