Scott Peeler, BSM, CLSSBB, has extensive experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing across multiple organizations since 2002. Currently serving as an Assembly Technician at Continental since August 2020, Scott also has a longstanding role at The Cookson Company, Inc. as a Process Improvement, LEAN, and 5S Technician since June 2014, where responsibilities include improving processes and managing the 5S program. Additionally, Scott has worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Industrial Fabricators Inc., a Project Development Manager and Project Manager at Dixie Glass Company, and a Manufacturing Crew Leader at Jacobsen, A Textron Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Management and advanced certifications in Six Sigma methodologies.
