Pio Fenton is a Senior Lecturer and Project Lead in Academic Leadership Development at Munster Technological University since August 2013, focusing on leadership masterclasses and mentoring for senior academic management. Previously, Pio served as the Head of the Marketing and International Business Department and an Executive Board Member at Cork Institute of Technology. Pio held the position of Chair for the Marketing Institute of Ireland (Cork) from June 2015 to June 2016 and was the Regional Director of Samaritans in Ireland from September 2012 to April 2014, overseeing operations across 20 branches and 2000 volunteers. Other roles include Programme Director for a Postgraduate Diploma at Waterford Institute of Technology and variouslecturer positions in management and computing. Pio's educational qualifications are extensive, including a PhD in Artificial Intelligence for Production Scheduling from Munster Technological University and multiple professional diplomas from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
