Kat Thomas, MIR, possesses a solid background in human resources with experience at Cority as a Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator, as well as at ENGAGE HR as a Human Resources Assistant. Additionally, Kat Thomas contributed as a Teaching Assistant in Employment Relations Programs at Queen's University. Kat Thomas earned a Master of Industrial Relations in Labor and Industrial Relations from Queen's University between September 2019 and November 2020, following a Bachelor’s degree from Brock University, completed in June 2018.
