Director Of Operations at Coriell Life Sciences

Victoria Clements, MPH, is the Director of Operations at Coriell Life Sciences. In this role, Victoria is responsible for overall strategic product and process development, vendor relations, and cross-department support to ensure optimal program and product delivery and service. Along with her team, Victoria focuses on full program execution and ongoing support, patient and clinical support, reporting oversight, program efficiency, and customer success.

Victoria worked on the Coriell Personalized Medicine Collaborative’s $10 million-dollar genomic utility research contract with the United States Air Force where she led participant engagement and joined the scientific team to develop disease- and medication-specific genetic risk reports.

In addition to personalized medicine, Victoria oversaw the Institute’s development initiatives to expand research capacity by pinpointing funding opportunities aligned with the organization’s priorities, coordinating proposal development, and identifying prospective collaborators.

Victoria has dedicated her career and academic interests to public health genomics by leveraging advances in science and technology that make genetic information accessible to clinicians and patients as part of everyday care.

Victoria earned her Master of Public Health degree from Drexel University where her scholarship focused on public health genomics. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Rowan University.
