Spencer Pincott has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Spencer started their career at O'Farrell Financial Services Inc. in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant with IT responsibilities. Spencer then worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Canadian Tire Corporation for a few months in 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance IT Support and Web Development specialist at Kemptville Youth Centre. In 2017, they joined InGenius Software as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Developer at Corfix, a role they assumed in January 2021. Recently, they have been promoted to the position of VP of Engineering at Corfix, starting in June 2022.

Spencer Pincott obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Queen's University, completing their education from 2012 to 2016.
