Mark R. Smith began their work experience in 2011 as a Facility Administrator for DaVita Kidney Care, where they managed multiple Dialysis Healthcare facilities and supervised over 400 regular dialysis patients. In 2014, they joined Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Director of Operations, overseeing the operations of over 14 Senior ESRD Dialysis facilities and managing a total financial annual P&L of over $70M. In 2019, they became a Senior's District Manager at Sodexo, where they managed full-service senior communities in Texas, Georgia, and Florida and developed on-site services to improve residents' Quality of Life. Currently, in 2022, Mark is the Corporate Director of Operational Excellence and Standards at COREWORKS.

Mark R. Smith attended LeTourneau University from 1994 to 2003, majoring in Business Administration and Management.
