Olesia Veremchuk is an experienced Project Manager currently at Avenga since April 2022, where responsibilities include team building, project process establishment within the Scrum framework, day-to-day operational management, and support for communication and collaboration. Olesia also works as a Consultant for HOLUB Consult starting January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Scrum Master at Symphony Solutions from March 2016 to March 2022, where Olesia implemented Agile principles, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, organized cross-team communication, and collaborated closely with the Product Owner on backlog management. Olesia's earlier role as Training Administrator involved administering training processes and supporting company events. Olesia holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, obtained between 2011 and 2016.
