Jennifer Hughes has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Jennifer started their career in 2004 at The Boston Consulting Group as a Senior IT Support Specialist, where they worked until 2011. Jennifer then joined Thrive Networks as a Network Engineer Tier 2 from December 2011 to April 2014. Jennifer later worked as an IT Analyst at Athena Capital Advisors from April 2014 to May 2016. Jennifer is currently employed at Coretelligent, where they initially worked as a Network Engineer Tier 2 from January 2018. Since January 2020, Jennifer has taken on the role of Remote Support Escalations Manager at Coretelligent.

Jennifer Hughes attended Northern Essex Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Jennifer then went on to study at Northeastern University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
