Niki Leondakis has consistently built and led some of the most diverse and customer-centric teams in the hospitality industry. She has more than 30 years of experience building lifestyle brands and creating award-winning workplace cultures that drive innovation and customer loyalty.

Most recently Niki was President at The Wolff Company, a multifamily-focused real estate private equity firm. Prior to joining Wolff, Niki has been CEO of multiple companies including Equinox Fitness Clubs, Two Roads Hospitality and Commune Hotels & Resorts. Previous to Commune, she was President of Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. She has received numerous industry awards and has been named one of the ā€œ100 Most Influential Womenā€ by the San Francisco Business Times annually since 2002. In her free time, Niki enjoys traveling and is an avid yogi, hiker and runner.
