André Maciel Santos is a software QA tester currently employed at CorePlan since March 2022, where responsibilities include conducting product requirement analysis, backlog refinement, and evaluating risk to enhance product quality and minimize early development bugs. Previously, André worked as a service desk analyst at 4Logic from September to December 2021, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes a role as a software engineer in QA at Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado from February 2014 to January 2018, focusing on current drain tests for Motorola Android smartphones, and an internship in QA at the same organization. André holds an advanced diploma in Telecommunications Network Engineering and a diploma in Information Technology Networking from the National Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá. An interchange program was also completed at the University of Idaho in 2012.
