Andrew Steed is a quantitative developer at Coremont LLP since January 2021, following experience as a developer at Horizon Asset from April 2018 to January 2021, where full stack .NET development was performed for a market-neutral equity hedge fund. Prior to this, Andrew worked as an analyst at Dimensional Fund Advisors from August 2016 to April 2018, focusing on developing multithreaded C# WPF applications and automating tasks with Powershell scripts. Additionally, Andrew served as a portfolio specialist at Record Currency Management between December 2013 and October 2015, where currency hedging strategies were implemented using derivatives, and extensive use of VBA was made. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, completed between 2009 and 2013, and attended St Bede's School from 2002 to 2009.
