Shampa Bagchi has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Shampa began their career in 1997 at Cisco Systems as a Senior Consultant. In 2004, they founded Corelynx Inc., a software product development and IT services company. In 2011, they became the CTO of ClkClk, Inc., a cloud-based, POS-friendly online marketing ecosystem. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of ConvergeHub, a powerful Customer Relationship Management software designed for customer acquisition and retention.

Shampa Bagchi attended The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Software Engineering. Shampa then attended University of California, Berkeley from 1999 to 2000 for Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
