Doug Victoria has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as the General Manager of CoreLife Eatery, recognized as the top-performing location in the region since March 2018. As a Small Business Owner of Victoria Hospitality, LLC since June 2014, Doug manages catering and concessions contracts for prominent venues, including the Kalamazoo County Expo Center. Previous roles include Chef/Owner of Springbrook Italian Bistro and Tap House, where Doug renovated a golf course property, and founding partner of AV Catering, which serves various events at the Air Zoo. Doug's early career features ownership of multiple Big Apple Bagels locations and positions as Food & Beverage Director for notable hotel groups. In addition, Doug contributed to education as a part-time instructor at Western Michigan University. Doug Victoria holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Johnson & Wales University.
