Sabrina Thompson is an experienced professional in the food science and product development industry, currently serving as the Innovation and Science Manager at CoreFX Ingredients LLC since September 2020. Previous roles include Sr Food Scientist at The Kraft Heinz Company and Product Development Engineer at Balchem Corporation. Sabrina’s expertise encompasses managing food powder agglomeration projects, formulating beverage systems, and leading production trials. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, Sabrina also has a strong foundation in both research and development, demonstrated through internships at Milk Specialties Company and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University.
