Ketan Goswami is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Associate Director of IT Operations at Injazat since April 2021. Previously, Ketan held various leadership roles at IBM from December 2009 to March 2021, including Delivery Project Executive for the Dubai Health Authority and the Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi, as well as managing end-to-end Service Management for operations across two data center locations in Saudi Arabia. Additional roles at Navisite, Wipro Infotech Ltd, Computer Sciences Corporation, Dell, and Reliance Infosolutions focused on service delivery, incident management, customer service, and team leadership. Ketan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Panjab University and completed high school at St. Stephens.
