Kimberly Harter possesses over 24 years of experience in the development and implementation of Property & Casualty Insurance software, with a strong background in both front and backend interface points of the billing (BCWS) application. Currently serving as a Contractor at Core Technology Solutions, Inc. since August 2017, Kimberly previously held positions as a Sr. Programmer Analyst and Programmer at CSC from October 1989 to June 2017. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Lander College.
