Bryen Pinkard has extensive work experience, starting in 2008 with Humana as a Project Coordinator. In this role, they successfully coordinated projects for various departments and implemented innovative techniques for process improvement. From 2012 to 2014, Bryen worked as an Internal Auditor at Humana. Bryen then joined Humana again in 2014 as a Business Consultant-Service Fund. In 2016, Bryen founded the IMPACT @ American Modern Employee Resource Group. Bryen later joined American Modern Insurance Group in 2015 and held various roles, including Risk Mitigation Consultant and Director of Corporate Underwriting. With their expertise, Bryen became the Head of Audit & Assurance at Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. in 2021.

Bryen Pinkard studied Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Kentucky from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
