Bob Spruell has over 25 years of experience in engineering and property management, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Core Property Capital since October 2019 and a Controls System Development Specialist at Logical EM Systems since April 2018. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at Portman Holdings and Cousins Properties Incorporated, where responsibilities encompassed managing major properties, including Terminus and Concourse, as well as overseeing significant mechanical systems at CBRE as Supervisor of Plant Systems. Spruell began their career in HVAC as Lead Engineer at Carter and continued to advance within the industry, holding various engineering positions. Educational background includes attendance at Gwinnett Technical College and Milton High School.
