Walther Carrasco has a long and varied work experience. From 2015 to 2021, they have worked in a variety of roles, ranging from Chief Technology Officer to Faculty Development Intern. In 2015, they began working as a Faculty Development Intern at Laureate International Universities, where they were responsible for providing learning resources and courses to faculty members from around the world. In 2018, they founded Hondutronics, a startup that provides the user with the facility of starting a Smart Home. That same year, they also began working as a Full Stack Engineer at Acklen Avenue, where they created new features for projects and had direct communication with the client. In 2021, they began working as a Development Mentor at Codex Academy, where they mentored people who wanted to become Full Stack Developers. Walther also worked as a Technical Lead at Core Code io, where they managed different bootcamps and taught frontend development. Finally, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer at SweatWorks, where they led the frontend development for the HYGEAR project.
Walther Carrasco has a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, which they attended from 2013 to 2021. Walther has also obtained additional certifications from Coursera and Udemy, including "What is Data Science?" and "Data Science Orientation" from Coursera in November 2020, and "Modern React with Redux" from Udemy in October 2017.
