Michelle Chen is a seasoned chemical process engineer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Chemical Process Engineer at Corden Pharma since September 2020, Michelle specializes in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance yield, reduce costs, and ensure product quality, while addressing environmental and safety impacts. Prior to this role, Michelle contributed as a Senior Process Engineer at Orochem Technologies Inc. from September 2012 to September 2020, where leadership in new process design for the molecular purification of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) was paramount. Michelle's earlier positions include Chemical Engineer at Qing Da Pharmaceutical Company and Research Assistant at Wuhan Institute of Technology.
