Daan Schilperoort has extensive experience in the construction and development sector, currently serving as a member of the management team and manager of development at Cordeel Nederland since April 2007. Notable projects include the design and realization of the DOW Benelux headquarters in Terneuzen from 2016 to 2018, which features 16,500 m² of office space, approximately 1,000 workstations, and accompanying facilities. Additionally, Schilperoort has held roles as a project leader and work preparer, contributing to projects such as the construction of a care center in Halsteren. Since December 2020, Schilperoort has also been active as both chair and member of the Supervisory Board at de Zorgnijverij. Schilperoort holds an engineering degree in architecture from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
