Alessandro Molinengo, PMP®, has over 20 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Alessandro began their career at Accenture as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing various projects for clients. Alessandro then moved on to work at TOROC, the Organising Committee for the XX Olympic Winter Games Torino 2006, where they served as a Senior Planner and later as the Games Security Integration Manager. After their time at TOROC, Alessandro joined Cooperativa Momo, a not-for-profit organization in the Third Sector, where they founded and served as President for nearly 10 years, focusing on providing services to support unease children, underage individuals, and multicultural integration.
In 2010, Alessandro joined Cefriel as a Consultant and Project Manager, where they worked until 2012. Alessandro then transitioned to Indesit Company, where they held the role of Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2014. Afterwards, they joined Whirlpool EMEA, where they initially served as a PMO Integration (Engineering/R&D) professional and later as a Senior Program Manager. During their time at Whirlpool, Alessandro was accountable for the development of new lines of "Smart Appliances in the Internet of Things" and managed the project's entire lifecycle, from scope definition to commercial availability.
Most recently, Alessandro worked at CORCYM (which later became LivaNova) as the Heart Valves Operations Project Management Office (PMO) Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the Operations Projects Portfolio of the Cardiac Surgery Industrial Area of Heart Valves. Alessandro implemented Project and Portfolio Management tools and best practices, supported continuous improvement initiatives, and led complex cross-functional projects. Furthermore, Alessandro developed the Project Management Office, providing mentorship, training, and developing procedures for the organization.

Alessandro Molinengo, PMP®, has had a diverse education history. Alessandro began their educational journey in 1991 at Politecnico di Torino, where they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering. Alessandro completed their studies in this field in 1997.
More recently, in 2018, Alessandro obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute. This certification indicates their proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
