David Kennedy is a seasoned realtor at Corcoran HM Properties, where expertise in the real estate market is coupled with a commitment to client service since 2007. Kennedy has held prominent leadership roles within the Canopy Realtor® Association, including President and Treasurer, during which significant accomplishments included negotiating the sale of land for a new $28M headquarters. Prior experience includes managing a diverse portfolio of over 300 rental properties at TR Lawing Realty, Inc., generating income and supporting affordable housing initiatives. David Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
