Scott Gruszczynski is currently the VP of Finance & Reporting at Corcoran Global Living. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Client Accounting at FirstService Residential from August 2020 to August 2021. From January 2017 to August 2020, they were the VP of Accounting & Finance at First Team Real Estate. And from May 2013 to January 2017, they were the Director of Accounting at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Southwest Region.

Scott has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Scott began their career as a Corporate Controller at REO World. Inc. from November 2008 to May 2013. Scott then went on to become the Director of Accounting at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Southwest Region, where they managed $533M in revenue for a publicly held company with over 80+ offices in Southern California and Arizona. During their time there, they also directed the SOX audit (covering Property Management, Commissions, and Finance) for the region, achieving an outstanding rating from external auditors.

Scott is an expert in their field and has a proven track record of success in streamlining accounting and finance operations to improve efficiency and save costs. Scott has a keen eye for detail and is always looking for ways to improve processes. Scott is a valuable asset to any organization and is sure to continue to be successful in their career.

Scott Gruszczynski attended Michigan State University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a Minor in Finance. Scott is also certified by the California Department of Real Estate in Broker License.
