Ron Orndorff, P.E., is an experienced electrical engineer currently working at Corbin Consulting Engineers since June 2021. Previously, Ron held positions at JENSEN HUGHES from December 2015 to June 2021 as both Staff Engineer I and Engineer III, where responsibilities included evaluating medium voltage distribution systems and conducting extensive field surveys. Prior to that, Ron worked at Nexus Technical Services Corporation as Staff Engineer II, focused on nuclear power plant design and quality assurance. Early in the career, Ron served as an instructor at Kaplan Inc. and as a military hydrographer in the US Navy, where notable achievements included executing a hydrographic mission to Cameroon. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
