Terri Bridges has a long history of experience in payroll and human resources. Terri began their career in 1999 as a Payroll Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2000, they became a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Advantec, where they managed the on-boarding process for new clients and set up general ledgers and Time and Labor systems. In 2010, they were hired as the HR/Payroll Manager at Ideal Image, where they managed Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll Teams for the company. In 2014, they moved to EmCare as the Payroll Manager, where they lead the Payroll Team in processing hospital payrolls and administered federal, state, and local tax filings. In 2015, they became an Account Manager at Asure Software, where they trained and provided on-going support to clients with payroll and HRIS systems. In 2020, they moved to CoAdvantage as a Supervisor of Benefits Operations, where they were directly responsible for the supervision and management of the Benefits Team. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as the Director of Benefit Services at Corban OneSource.
Terri Bridges has a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from Hillsborough Community College, which they obtained in 2020. Terri also holds certifications from SHRM, Six Sigma, and HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in 2015, 2013, and 2010 respectively.
