Michael Briggs has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Michael is currently working at Coralogix as a Customer DevOps Engineer since December 2022. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2022, they were employed at ScienceLogic, where they served as a Sr. Systems Engineer from August 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they held positions as Principal Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Team Lead, and Technical Support Engineer at ScienceLogic between 2014 and 2021. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Lockheed Martin as a Flight Service Specialist from November 2007 to March 2014. Michael began their professional journey in 2006 at FAA as an Air Traffic Controller, and they also served as an Air Traffic Controller in the Army National Guard from 2000 to 2006.

Michael Briggs pursued their education in a variety of fields. Michael started by attending Penn State University from 2001 to 2002, where they focused on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Following this, in 2005 and 2006, they studied the same field at the University of North Florida. However, they did not obtain any degree from either of these institutions.

Later, from 2009 to 2012, Michael attended Northern Virginia Community College, where they successfully earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology. This indicates a shift in their field of study.

In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained a certificate in "Learning Redis" from LinkedIn in June 2020, demonstrating their commitment to continued learning and professional development.
