Tanya Hlinskaya is a Belarusian linguist and businesswoman. Tanya is currently the managing director at Coral Team, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to their work at Coral Team, Hlinskaya was employed as a teacher at Minsk State Linguistics University from 2001 to 2003, where they taught English stylistics, literature interpretation, American and British history, and EN-RU / RU-EN translation. Tanya is also the co-author of a manual on EN-RU / RU-EN translation for senior students. From 2001 to 2002, Hlinskaya worked as a translator for Steel Monkeys, a games localization company.

Tanya Hlinskaya has a BA in Germanic Languages from Minsk State Linguistic University and is certified from ICAgile in ICAgile Certified Professional - Program and Portfolio Management.

Tanya Hlinskaya reports to Alex Kulick, CEO. They are on a team with Alex Mavrishchev - CTO, Natasha Matskovich - COO.
