Katie Tuesley has extensive experience in marine and expedition guiding, currently serving as an Expedition Crew Guide at Coral Expeditions since July 2021. Previously, Katie held several roles at Heron Island Resort from December 2019 to July 2021, including Master Reef Guide, Naturalist, Coxswain, Snorkel Guide, Presenter for the Junior Rangers Program, and Guest Greeter. Additional experience includes working as a Naturalist Guide/Coxswain at Heron Island from December 2019 to June 2021 and as a Reefsleep Host and Deckhand at Cruise Whitsundays Pty Ltd from August 2017 to June 2019. Katie's education includes pursuits at Trinity Lutheran College (1998-2002), Remote First Aid certification from First Aid Academy (December 2021-Present), Master Reef Guide training (June 2021-Present), Safe Work training (December 2020-Present) with a Blue Card for working with children, and Coxswains training at Whitsunday Maritime College (December 2018-Present).
