Nathan Durocher is a Software Developer at Copperstone Technologies Ltd. Nathan previously worked as a Master Thesis Student at Capra Robotics ApS, where Nathan developed a deep-learning based local motion planner for the Hircus mobile robot. Prior to that, Nathan gained experience as a Junior Engineer at Drivewyze, where Nathan assisted in designing commercial vehicle inspection systems. Nathan also worked as an Engineer - Coop Student at Drivewyze, where Nathan conducted design, assembly, and installation of commercial vehicle enforcement screening and truck parking systems. Nathan holds a MSc in Engineering - Robot Systems from Syddansk Universitet and a BSc in Electrical Engineering - Nanoengineering Option from the University of Alberta.
