Rachel Grillot, Ph.D., serves as a Senior Solutions Consultant & Team Lead for the Americas at Copperleaf Technologies since February 2018, having previously held roles as a Solutions Consultant, Consultant, and Implementation Consultant. Prior to this, Rachel was a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara from September 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included designing and managing research studies in human behavioral endocrinology, conducting advanced quantitative analyses, and supervising research assistants. Rachel also worked as a Teaching Associate, guiding undergraduate students in research methods, and served as a Teaching Assistant. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. and MA in Psychological and Brain Sciences from UC Santa Barbara, along with a B.Sc. with Honours from the University of Victoria.
