Heather Chamish Evering, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist at Copper River Shared Services since January 2021, Heather previously held the position of Recruiting Manager at TACG, LLC, where responsibilities included developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. Heather's career also includes roles as an HR Specialist/Recruiter for government contracts and as a Recruiter and Operations Manager for a family medicine residency program at Crozer-Keystone Health System. With a background in marketing management and a Master of Science in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University School of Law, Heather is adept at creating innovative solutions and enhancing candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
