Alice Colligan is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Copper.co since April 2022. In this role, Alice supports the company’s mission to offer innovative custody, trading, and settlement solutions for institutional investors in the crypto asset space. Prior to joining Copper.co, Alice held the same title at Thought Machine from July 2019 to April 2022, where the focus was on nurturing talent while developing modern banking systems. Alice also gained experience as a Professional Education Manager in Orthopaedics at Johnson & Johnson from May 2017 to April 2019.
