Phatedi Mphahlele has three years of experience as a Business System Analyst at MMI Holdings from August 2016 to September 2019. In this role, Phatedi identified, investigated, and analyzed problems faced by business and product owners. They also solicited requirements, analyzed, and created use cases, translating them into Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) using a modeling tool. Additionally, they facilitated the identification and definition of application requirements into Functional System Specification (FSS) and assisted in identifying risks and issues related to solution implementation. Prior to this, Phatedi worked as an Assessing Scheduler at Hollard Insurance from October 2015 to July 2016. Currently, Phatedi is employed as a Business System Analyst at Copious Software since October 2019.

Phatedi Mphahlele completed their high school education at Umqhele High School from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing from Boston Business College. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, Phatedi pursued a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Economics, at the University of South Africa. In 2018, Phatedi enrolled in the Business Analyst programme at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, obtaining a Certificate in this field of study in 2019.
