Olivia Moen

Head of Customer Success at Copilot

Olivia Moen has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Olivia began as a Student Worker in the Marketing and Copywriting departments at Cincinnati Christian University in 2013, and went on to become a Resident Advisor and Event Coordinator. In 2016, they worked as a Clerical Staffing Associate at HW Staffing Solutions and as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Intern at TaleMed. Olivia also worked as an Office Coordinator at The Food Pantries for the Capital District, Inc. from 2017-2020. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Client Success Manager and Client Marketing Coordinator at Merit, where they onboarded and supported over 150 higher education institutions nationwide, protecting renewal revenue and generating upsell revenue. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Lead at Copilot.

Olivia Moen graduated from Bel Air High School in 2012 with a High School Diploma in the Pathway: English Language Arts & Humanities. Olivia then attended Cincinnati Christian University and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Business Management and Marketing.
