Matt Keithly is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and electronics sectors, currently serving as a Global Sales Executive at Copeland. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at East West Manufacturing, including Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Business Development, where Matt contributed to significant operations acquisitions and expansion in North America. Matt's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Vice President at Compass Electronics Solutions, President & CEO at All Flex Flexible Circuits & Heaters, and Vice President at Nidec Control Techniques. Prior to these roles, Matt spent nearly three decades at Emerson in multiple leadership positions within the White-Rodgers Division. Matt holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA from Westminster College.
