Valentina Castro is currently the External Vice President and Trips Preparation Director at Global Medical Training, with additional experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Mouse Physiology Research Laboratory and as a Hospital Volunteer with COPE Health Scholars. At UCLA, Valentina supports the Recruitment Department as an Admissions Assistant, and previously coordinated activities at UCFIT Digital Health. Valentina's early work experience includes hosting at Grand Beach Hotel and volunteering at West Kendall Baptist Hospital, where responsibilities included patient assistance and appointment scheduling. Valentina has also shadowed an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon, gaining valuable insights into the medical field. Valentina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Physiological Science at UCLA, expected to graduate in May 2025.
