Paul Ryan has extensive experience in management and service roles, primarily at the Cope Foundation since September 1995, where positions have included QDS - Day Service Manager, Day Services Development Manager, Manager of Rehabilitation Training Centres in Cork City, and Therapy Pool Supervisor. Prior to this, Paul Ryan worked as a Leisure Attendant at Sligo Regional Sports Centre and held various roles in sales and service within the retail and sports sectors. Educational qualifications include a Level 6 Certificate in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Operations from Technological University Dublin, a Level 7 Special Purpose Award in Supervision Theory and Practice from the School of Humanities at South East Technological University, a Master’s degree in Leading Care II from the Irish Management Institute, and a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management from Munster Technological University, among other certifications in operations management and health, fitness, and leisure management.
