Paula Marques Rodrigues is a legal professional with extensive expertise in various areas of law. Currently engaged as a voluntary researcher for the Privacy Lab 2023 project at CEDIS.IDP since May 2023, as well as a researcher at Ethics4AI and Lawgorithm, both since August and May 2022, respectively. Paula is also a partner at Daniel Law since May 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate Attorney at Opice Blum, Bruno e Vainzof Advogados Associados from October 2017 to May 2022, and as a Coordinator in the Civil Area at Natal & Manssur Sociedade de Advogados from April 2013 to October 2017. Further legal experience encompasses roles at CCLM Advogados Associados, Pagni Advogados Associados, and Guino Advocacia, beginning as a junior attorney in February 2010. Paula holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including a specialization in Law and Technology from USP and a Lato Sensu postgraduate degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from Escola Paulista de Direito. Academic qualifications are completed with a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Católica de Santos.
