Prashant Naik is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive information security programs. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Security and Compliance at Appen since April 2019, Prashant oversees security incident management, digital forensics, and compliance efforts. Previous roles include Group Manager of IT Security, Risk & Compliance at Baxter International Inc., Head of IT Security at Netsurion, and leadership positions at Ericsson where responsibilities included managing enterprise security solutions and operational processes. Educationally, Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from VTU Belgaum.
